At House of Shaka, all products are custom printed on demand and fulfilled by our print partners through Printify. Because each item is made specifically for you, shipping times vary depending on the product type, print provider, and your delivery location.
Production Time Before shipping, each order goes through a production phase where your item is printed and prepared. Production times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on the product and print provider.
Shipping Times Shipping times vary based on your location and the fulfillment provider assigned to your order. As a general guide:
- United States: 3–7 business days after production
- International: 10–20 business days after production
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or customs processing for international orders.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.
Important Notes
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun
- House of Shaka is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
