Refund & Return Policy

At House of Shaka, all of our products are custom printed on demand especially for you. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

We do accept returns and offer full refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The wrong item was sent (incorrect product, design, size, or color)

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue

Once we review your claim, we will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method — whichever you prefer.

Non-returnable items:

• Items ordered in the wrong size due to customer error
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items returned without prior authorization
